Service Process

1. Inquiry and Booking

1) Inquiry: Your company has inquired with Guangzhou Hongde International to provide detailed information about the goods, including product name, weight, volume, port of origin and destination, etc. For special goods such as chemicals, dangerous goods, etc., relevant documents such as MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) are also required.

2) Booking: Based on the information provided by the shipper, Hongde applies for a cabin space from the shipping company and reports the price to you. After your company confirms, please send us the booking information (booking) to complete the booking procedures.

2. Preparation and Boxing of Goods

1) Goods preparation: Your company shall prepare the goods according to the requirements of sea transportation, including packaging, labeling, etc., to ensure that the goods are not damaged during transportation.

2) Packing: Arrange suitable containers based on the information of the goods and be responsible for packing the goods. During the packing process, we strictly follow the regulations of the container to ensure the safe transportation of the goods.

3. Customs Declaration and Document Processing

4. Freight Transportation

5. Customs Clearance and Delivery

1) Customs clearance: After the goods arrive at the destination port, handle the import customs clearance procedures. The shipper shall cooperate in providing information to Hongde to handle the customs clearance procedures for the goods, or the consignee shall arrange customs clearance on their own

2) Pick up: After completing customs clearance procedures, the goods can be delivered to the final destination by the freight forwarder or logistics company at the destination port.
